1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your items when you need them. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
UK Standard Delivery

Please note: "Working days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
2. Order Processing Time

Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a working day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
3. Discreet Packaging
We understand that your health is a private matter. All orders shipped by Vitality Meds are delivered in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no labels or markings on the outside of the box that indicate the contents, ensuring your complete privacy.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.

International Costs & Times: Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays which are beyond our control.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country's customs authority.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active after you receive the email.
6. Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we strive to ensure every order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).

Late Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please allow an additional 2 working days for potential courier delays.

Lost Items: If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it is lost, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vitality Meds cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
